HUNTING LICENSE:

  You can purchase your hunting license on line at WWW.NCWILDLIFE.ORG or by calling 1-919-662-4370 or purchases by credit card at 1-888-248-6834. There is no quota on hunting licenses in North Carolina. Currently the cost is $40.00 for non resident hunters. In addition, you will need a Big Game Privilege Licenses which is also $40.00. You will need to have your hunt confirmed and the required deposit made before acquiring the license. The license will be for the exact week of your hunt starting on a Monday. If you do not purchase your license and have them in hand when you arrive, you will not be able to hunt until we can get you into Rockingham on Monday morning to acquire the license. Hunters with license will be put on stands first and then we will go to Rockingham to acquire your licenses. A Hunter Education certification may be needed for the regular gun season for hunters born after 1949. You will need to ask about this when you purchase your hunting license.
