PAYING FOR THE HUNT: Plan A - Full Service Payment for the hunt will be as follows: I will bill you for a 50% deposit 12 months before your hunt date. You can submit a check or money order for this payment. The remainder of the price of the hunt will need to be in cash or cashier’s check when you arrive for your hunt. The reservation fee is non-refundable. However, if due to death of an immediate family member or medical emergency and you can not make your hunt I will reschedule you for another hunt at the earliest agreeable and open date. I feel this is fair to both of us. If you have a change of address after you book your hunt, be sure to notify me so I can up date my records. Example of payment: Cost $1500: Submit $100 deposit with application, 50% billed 12 months before hunt ($750) and balance of $650 paid when you arrive for your hunt. I think you can understand why I have to have some deposit and some advanced payment to insure that you are sincere about the hunt. I have a lot of money tied up in leases, equipment and food plots.
Plan B, C & D: You will pay in cash when you arrive for the hunt. |
